In view of absence and lack of contact from existing Treasurer and Membership Secretary , it was felt that in order to keep the Club going immediate action was required and new appointments were made. Ian agreed to recommence his position as Treasurer and Mike Cooke also agreed to become Membership Secretary. This action was voted by all those present.

RULE BOOK FOR THE CLUB
Have a rough rule book outlined, will be contacting Don to see if any progress made. Anyone else wishing to contribute please contact the Chairman.
EVENTS
Events Co-ordinator Mark, showed draft proposal for the next 12 months club events, however these are not set in stone and Mark would welcome any other ideas or activities, whether exclusive to off road events or not. The Events list can be viewed on the Web site.
Novembers event is to be a Treasure Hunt for all the family, organised by Mark and will take place after the next meeting on 10 November 2002.
Muddy Puggers Christmas meal will be on 7 December 2002 at the Forresters Arms, Broseley,(usual Pub for the monthly meet), commencing at 7.30 til late. As this is on the saturday night before the Clubs monthly meet we will incorporate the meeting during the night for those who over indulge in Christmas spirit. A booking form and menu will be sent to all members.
Although not a Club Event there is an Off -road day at the end of October at “The Farm” in Broseley, contact Mark, for further details on 01746764346 or 07762547141.

Vaughan showed an embroided proof of the Clubs logo, which will be used on T-Shirts, Caps etc and will be available for purchse soon.
A suggestion was made that the Club produces some flyers/leaflets with general club details that can be given to potential new members. Vaughan will be producing some and hopefully will be available for the next meeting.
